These instructions are provided for those who wish to use their Android device with their Saint Mary's Google Apps account. ResNet, the Helpdesk, and Information Technology do not provide support for these devices at this time and assistance beyond these instructions cannot be provided.

Options for access
Use native Android apps
(Recommended)
Most Android phones have mobile versions of Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, and Hangouts pre-installed. You can download other mobile apps for free from Android's Market. To begin using these apps, follow these steps to add the account to your phone. 
Use your phone's mobile browser You can also access your apps from your Android's browser app. Just point the browser to m.google.com, touch the app you want to use, and sign in to your Google Apps account.

Google - Search for anything with the app instead of going to google.com in a web browser

Gmail
 - Send and receive e-mail

Google Calendar - 
View and add calendar events.

Google Chrome
 - A web browser for your mobile device

Hangouts 
- Keep in touch with people using text, audio, and video

 - Online storage for your files, accessible from anywhere
