Weekly Update

April 17th,

Good morning,

I hope everyone enjoyed the weather this week. Next week, on Tuesday and Wednesday, students will be taking the NYS ELA Exam. I have posted materials they can use to review on their Google Classroom pages. All of the students have been working very hard in our in class review and I have not doubt they will continue the days of the assessments.

Important dates to Remember:

Value of the Month (VoM) (April) –

4/16: Recycle Dress Down Day; bring in a plastic bottle or more

4/16: Report Cards Sent Home Electronically

4/17: Half Day

4/17: Mass @ 10 am (all)

4/17: Optional Parent Teacher Meetings 12-3

4/17: HSA hosts Spring Fashion Show @ 7 pm in Auditorium

4/21: NYS ELA Assessment (Beginning Tuesday)

4/22: Administrative Assistants Day

4/24: SMS Spirit Day ($1) - more info to come

4/24: Faithful Friday Tour (9-11)

4/27: Confirmation Retreat (7th Graders) - begins with 9 am Mass

4/28: NYS Math Assessment (Beginning Tuesday)

Research Paper Quarter for: Research Paper.

Mr. Pryszlak has shared and collected the signed expectations for the research papers. Dates for all parts will be posted on this site page on Monday.
