This is my fourteenth year teaching at Sacred Heart Catholic School and I am really excited to be working with the children again. I believe that each child is an individual who needs a dependable, caring, and exciting atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is my desire as a teacher to help my students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe and stimulating.
For myself, teaching provides an opportunity for continual learning and growth. One of my hopes as a teacher is to instill a love of learning in my students, as I share my own passion for learning with them. For a teacher, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a child grow throughout the year emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially.

This year we will be handing out RAM Pride slips for students who show RAM Pride. These can be given to the students by teachers, specialists, and adults in the building. The students will bring these slips home for parents to sign and then be brought back to school. I will draw 2 slips every Friday for rewards (ex: out of uniform slip) and then we will place ALL the slips from the classrooms into a large container where we will work to fill the container for a school reward. Sounds like a lot of fun doing good work!!
Welcome to 3rd Grade!! I am looking forward to a wonderful year in the 3rd Grade. This website will have information to help you follow along with what we are doing here at school.
