It is a lot of fun to get to know one another in second grade! We will take turns sharing "our bags" throughout the year. I read the book, Stephen's Bag to the class at the beginning of the year. The book tells about a boy who keeps all his treasures in a bag and likes to reminisce about all the wonderful memories the items represent. I brought in my bag to model the activity!
