Registration

• Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• An online registration form is to be completed for each registrant and, the form is available on the Royal University for Women’s website: https://www.ruw.edu.bh/rcr
• Group discounted registrations are also available, if payment is received for four registrants, the fifth will get free registration.
• Register today to gain early bird savings. Registration on or before December 18, 2019, is BD 525 for the three days. Registration on or after December 19, 2019, is BD 562.500. The daily participation in the workshop (Early Bird - BD 175/- per day, regular = BD 187.500 per day
• Cancellation requests must be received in writing to amurad@ruw.edu.bh by January 18, 2020, for a full refund. Cancellations after January 18, 2020 are non-refundable. The cancellation policy applies to all circumstances (including, but not limited to, flight cancellations, illness, personal/family emergency, etc.)
• Refunds will not be issued for registrants who fail to attend on the conference.
• Payment must be made in full prior to the conference. Individuals who have not fully paid for registration at the time of the conference will not be permitted to enter the conference venue.

Payment by Bank Transfer: After you wire the total registration fee to our bank account as stated above, the (scanned) proof of transfer must be sent by email with the registration form to amurad@ruw.edu.bh .
