Nanopore Analysis
Concept: Observe, under an applied potential, the disruption of the flow of ions through single nanopores

Single molecules inside the nanopore are detected or studied by the modulation of the nanopore current

We pioneered the use of CyA nanopores for the analysis of proteins and double-stranded nucleic acids, and FraC nanopores for the sequencing of proteins.
