Swarm Dynamics using Master Slave tactics

This project attempts to create a communication system between quad-copters with a given hardware. 
The quad-copters will be unable to see one another (that is they have no cameras or ultrasonic sensors) 
and therefore will need to communicate with one another via the master computer in a timely manor so as to not crash into one another.
