Used Nerpco internal rubber mixer, nm100 (banbury type mixer). 2.6 lbs batch capacity/100 cubic inches.
Hopper cylinder is a 4” bore pneumatic with approx 9” stroke (hydroline r2f-4x9-1e8111-010-1b). Hopper opening is approx 4.5” x 6”; throat and plunger are approx 3” x 6”. Roller bearing rotors cored for cooling. Control system includes: hand valves for steam and water; gauges for steam pressure, water pressure, water temp, lube pressure and hydraulic pressure (up to 4000 psi); denison servo control; chessel chart recorder; power on/off; side lock/unlock; lube motor start/stop; drive motor start/stop; side open/close; reset; hand valve for hopper cylinder; fused disconnect; e-stop and knee safety. Closed loop hydraulic system includes: 40 hp ac motor (230/460 volts; 1200 rpm); 20 gallon reservoir; cooler; return filter with indicator; hydraulic radial piston motor; denison valves; etc. Lube system with 1/3 hp motor; 2 gallon reservoir; filter; etc. Overall dimensions: 98” x 44” x 74” tall.
