Health and Wellness

Please use this page to share anything that is "health and wellness" related.  This could include an inspiring TED Talk that moved you, a delish recipe that you just discovered or a quote that really spoke to you.  
Remember to "sharpen your saw" and "stay in shape" by nurturing your body, brain, heart and soul.  Eat healthy food, get enough rest, exercise that brain and your body.  By sharpening your saw, you will be ready for anything life brings your way.  :)
