17 Mridvika - Life Of Fantastic People!

Hey guys!!! I am glad to see you all come to read my blogs! But before I write my blogs, I will write about.... ME!!! My favourite subject is probably math, art and music. I like math because it comes very easily to me. Music is something I had a talent in since I was maybe 3 or 4. Some sports that I love would probably be basketball, soccer, volleyball, and badminton but mostly basketball and soccer! :) From all the food in the world, I would obviously love all junk food but something that is not junk food is a certain kind of salad that my mom makes. It's one of the yummiest things in the world. I usually like all colours except brown, and grey. However, if someone were to ask me to pick ONE colour out of all, I would pick green, ALL shades of green. Some games that I really love are.... ANY GAME in fact. These are some things you might want to know about ME!!!!!! :) (before you read my blogs!)

Justin Drew Beiber is born on March 1st, 1994 in London, Ontario, Canada. He is also a pop musician, dancer, actor, and singer-songwriter. His first ever music was "Baby ft." He's just like Miley Cyrus. He was so innocent 5 years ago and now, he changed... He has changed his way of style, trying to sound and ACT "manly". This is a picture of in October of 2012.

I know that people wouldn't believe that about 5-6 years ago, a young girl (me!) was a HUGE fan of Miley Cyrus/ Hannah Montana! People usually don't believe that because of the reaction I have when I watch her music videos or when I look at her. Approx. 5-6 years ago, she used to be this innocent-looking girl that used to have her own show (Hannah Montana) but after the 5 years passed, she's been acting a little "weird" ...  Anyways, let's move into details about her!

Miley Ray Cyrus is born on November 23rd, 1992. Her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, is a country singer. She has a half-brother, Trace Cyrus, and a sister, Noah Cyrus. Here are 2 pictures of Miley Cyrus. The picture on the left is the Miley Cyrus 6 years ago and the picture on the right is Miley Cyrus. RIGHT. NOW. (I will try getting an appropriate picture of her!)

Do any of you know Mahatma Gandhi? He campaigned for India's independence! He is known as the "Father Of The Nation" in India. Actual name, Mohandas Gandhi was born in 1869 in Porbandar, India. Because of his mothers great religious devotion and her common sense, Mohandas Gandhi had a lasting impact on that.  See isn't he so awesome. He has really helped my country, India, celebrate independence and understanding it.

"Man, that's gay" gets dropped on the daily, We become so numb to what we're saying, A culture founded from oppression, Yet we don't have acceptance for 'em, Call each other faggots behind the keys of a message board, A word rooted in hate, yet our genre still ignores it, Gay is synonymous with the lesser, It's the same hate that's caused wars from religion, Gender to skin color, the complexion of your pigment, The same fight that led people to walk outs and sit ins, It's human rights for everybody, there is no difference! Live on and be yourself!
The emotions this song evokes from me is very sad and makes me a little bit mad!!  It makes me think about the people actually gay and how they might feel about other people acting unnatural in front of them! They feel.......... left out.. and a way that we can handle this is to stop "bullying" them.. to make them feel included. Imagine you walking by a couple of people and they begin yelling out mean things about you. How would that..in any way make YOU feel.... self-consious, sad, you might also feel like changing your way of style in a way everyone else likes it. So.... you are losing your self-esteem and I don't think RTMS is such a school. This is an awesome school to be in.. a place where noone JUDGES you! It's not only about GAY, it's about many other things, too. Racism, Sexism, etc. are all other things that might be included in this. As the title of the song says, "Same Love", what do YOU think that means?!?! In my mind, or in my opinion, I think that the title means "to treat everyone the same way... to show the 'same love' to everyone." Thinking about these things make ME, personally a little uncomfortable but I still think about these topics. I don't get bullied by anyone but trying to "put yourselves in their shoes" and thinking about it, you might feel the pain these people go through. This was going to be my next blog...on Nelson Mandela! I guess I said a little TOO much but I really wanted to share this with everyone one of you. Thanks! :)
