Butter-cream Icing

Hi everyone! So today I am going to be giving you an excellent butter-cream icing recipe that you could use on all your goods like cake, cookies, etc. Lets begin.
-a spoon
-1/2 tsp food colouring (optional)
-eggyolk (optional)
-1/2 cup icing sugar
-2 cup butter
*(you can modify the amounts to fit what you want)*
1. Put the butter in a bowl and mix to soften, Mix until a little fluffy.
2. Add the icing sugar to the bowl and mmix until completley mixed.
3. I like it better without, but if you would like you could add egg yolk and completly mix).
4. Add 1/2tsp of food colouring if you want a different colour.
.... And now you have an awesome bowl of icing!
