Lake Day: June 15

Our end-of-the-year Lake Day field trip will be on Friday, June 15 at Crystal Beach on Lake Bomoseen. We have again rented one of the pavilions to provide shade/shelter. Permission slips were sent home on Friday, June 1. Please complete, sign, and return these NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JUNE 8 so that we can order food for the cookout lunch. MANY PARENT CHAPERONES WILL BE NEEDED AND WELCOMED!  Pre-K students are invited to attend IF they bring an adult chaperone with them to ensure their safety in/near the water.  There will be no Pre-K class at MSES that day. 


2018-2019 School Calendar

The MSES calendar for the 2018-2019 school year was sent home with students on Friday, May 11.  A copy is also posted under the "Parents/Students" tab on this website. Please note that (in conjunction with our new SU schools); students will be dismissed at 2:05PM every Tuesday so that staff can participate in weekly Professional Development (PD).  Our Afterschool Program will be open from 2:05-5:30PM on Tuesdays.

Last Day Celebration: Mon., 6/18

Please join us at on Monday June, 18 (our last day of school) at 10:00AM in the MPR for our Annual Celebration of Success Ceremony.  Parents, siblings, friends, and community members are invited to attend as we recognize and celebrate the learning experiences we’ve shared as well as those volunteers who’ve helped our students and school this year. After the ceremony, students will return to their classrooms to tie up any last minute details and pick up their report cards. Lunch will be served before noon dismissal.
