Graduation ticket ordering will begin Monday, April 23 by a Google form sent to all seniors and exchange students. Tickets are free but required.
Senior Week Schedule

Monday, June 4
Canobie Lake Park day trip
8:00 a.m. - buses leave FHS
6:00 p.m. - buses return to FHS

Tuesday, June 5
9:00 - 11:30 a.m. - marching practice and cap and gown distribution, FHS


In case of predicted bad weather Monday, the decision to switch Monday and Tuesday will be made by 7 p.m. Sunday night

Wednesday, June 6
8:00 - 9:30 a.m. - marching practice, honor stoles and cords distribution, FHS
9:30 - 12:00 - community service at RSU #5 schools, buses depart from and return to FHS
12:00 p.m. - BBQ and yearbook distribution, FHS

Thursday, June 7
9:00 - 11:30 a.m. - marching practice and graduation ticket distribution FHS
5:30 - 8:30 p.m. - senior banquet, Bowdoin College Dinner. Dressy attire.

Friday, June 8
6:00 p.m. - seniors report to FHS for the Candlelight and Scholarship Ceremony. Dressy attire, no caps/gowns.
6:30 p.m. - ceremony begins, FPAC, FHS
Families are welcome, no tickets required.

Saturday, June 9

Sunday, June 10 - GRADUATION - Merrill Auditorium, Portland
8:30 a.m. - Student buses depart from FHS. All graduates must travel to graduation on the bus.
9:15 a.m. - Merrill Auditorium doors open to the public
9:20 a.m. - weather permitting, class photo on Portland City Hall steps, front of Merrill Auditorium building facing Congress St.
10 a.m. - Graduation ceremony. The ceremony typically lasts about an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes. Graduates leave after the ceremony with their families.
3:30 p.m. - graduates arrive at FHS for Project Graduation
1:00 a.m. - graduates return to FHS for pick-up by parents
