Welcome to LMS Athletics

At Leonard Middle School all students are urged to consider participating in our athletic program. Without exception, all academically eligible students have equal opportunity to try out for a position on a sport team.  A competitive team selection process exists in a majority of our sports with the remaining having a no-cut selection process.

**In order to participate in athletics, students must be academically eligible,  have a sports physical on record as we only need one physical on file for their middle school career.  Also, students must annually complete the RSU 34 Athletic Department Permission to Participate and Health History Update forms.

We also have access to RSU 34's athletic trainer, so a release form for this service needs to be completed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

**All Sports forms can be downloaded from the SPORTS FORMS tab above or picked up outside the office.
