Chapter 104 (Gifted & Talented) Services at RSU #34

Chapter 104 (Gifted & Talented) students are students with special needs. In our comprehensive program at RSU #34, specially trained Chapter 104 Resource Teachers at each school oversee services for identified students. These resource teachers work with all staff to differentiate instruction and provide specialized instruction to meet students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
