We are trying to develop skills in our students to support their overall health and well being. One concept we are exploring is Mindfulness, a technique of calming the mind and using breathing to develop a calm body to support student concentration. A link has been developed for parents to explore this concept created by one of our Librarian Specialists, Kathy Marks.
