Our mission:  To foster community and enhance the curriculum through academic enrichment opportunities

Our meeting schedule:  the first Tuesday of the month, 6:30 pm in the CMS library

Who can join?  Anyone who has an interest in supporting our mission – parents, grandparents, community members, teachers…

How to support the PTO:
 Attend our monthly meetings and provide ideas and suggestions for events, activities, and fundraisers; 
 Review teacher requests and vote on ways to achieve our mission;
 Volunteer at any of our PTO events;
 Help coordinate the fundraisers or help your child/ren with their contribution to the fundraisers; 
 Offer to conduct any number of behind-the-scenes tasks that can take place from the comfort of your home; and/or
 Email or call any PTO member with ideas, suggestions, or questions so that we build a network of support for our school community.

Annual Events – 
 Fall Fundraisers which have included, in the past:  Square 1 Art, Meadow Farms gift catalogue, Little Caesars Pizza Kits, and others
 Craft Fair, November
 Holiday “shopping” station for students 
 Winter Release – Fun Night (CPS)
 Teacher Appreciation Week
 Fun Run, May

 Monmouth traveling theater program
 L.C. Bates Museum – traveling naturalist on-site + field trip to Hinckley
