FYI for Parents:

Dear Parents,

As part of our fundraising efforts for the 6th grade trip, we will be having a table at the Four Winds Craft Fair on Saturday, November 15th.  We will be selling baked goods**, Christmas ornaments, and movie booklets. If you could please help by making a baked item or two, that would be greatly appreciated.  I have some ornament making kits that will be completed by students at Mill River, but if you have any ornaments that you would like to donate, that would be a great help.

Drop off of baked goods and ornaments will be Friday, November 14th after school, or Saturday, November 15th, between 9:30-10:00. Thank you for your continued support. All proceeds of the craft fair will be distributed equally amongst the 6th graders.

If you have any questions, or would like to help in any way, please contact me at or 786-5222.

*Student 8 pocket folders-  Students are using these to organize materials for their classes as well as homework assignments.  Many of those materials need to remain in the folder for use in class.  Please be sure your child is with you if you go through the folders as they can tell you what needs to stay.

Please check in with your child each night regarding his/her homework at the start of this new year to get back into study habits.  We will be making phone calls home to parents when a student is not consistently following through with completion of their assignments.
