4. Orchestra class is the time students feel unwound, have fun. It’s a highlight of a stressful school day for many of them.

5. This is the only class many of these students take year after year where they nurture friendships, form bonding and learn strong team work.

6. Enjoy, support, and keep it when we still can. There are schools that have sacrificed the music program due to financial difficulty. It is the "votes" from the parents that keep a good program in school and supporting activities such as fundraiser and performance trip raises the "visibility" and makes our voice heard.
