This is my 10th year at Grisham and I am looking forward to another great year!

I grew up in small town in South Dakota. I participated in basketball, volleyball, and track throughout high school. I was fortunate enough to win a state championship in basketball, discus, and shot put and state runner-up in volleyball.

I then moved west and played basketball for the University of Wyoming. I was twice named WAC Player of the Year. I was also one of 5 women in the nation to be named to the GTE Academic All-American team. I was inducted into the U. of Wyoming Hall of Fame in 2000 and the Huron High School Hall of Fame in 2001. This past March, I was inducted into the South Dakota Basketball Hall of Fame.

After my playing career ended, I came to Texas to serve as the Women's Basketball Graduate Assistant Coach atAngelo State University. I graduated from ASU in 1999 with a Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology.

I'm a huge LA Lakers fan. I spend most of my time watching, playing or coaching basketball. In addition to coaching at Grisham, I am also a director and coach of the
 Magic Basketball Club.

I am a huge believer in setting goals and working hard to achieve them. In both athletics and PE, we strive to instill the value of a strong work ethic in our students.
