**Physicals are required yearly for ALL athletes.

Each student MUST have all RRISD forms completed and submitted to the campus Athletic Department prior to participation in RRISD athletics activities including off-season athletic periods. The forms may be printed from the links on this site, except for the required Emergency Medical Care Card which must be picked up from the CTMS Athletic Department.
