IF you are going to change anything external to your home, you should submit an "Architectural Control Committee Improvement Request Form" with description, diagrams, and if color or material change the ability to show HOA board member(s) a sample matching your final selection.

Please sign the 2021 pool waiver and return it via the instructions ASAP if you want your new key fob!
NOTE: Last year's key fobs will not work anymore, and we can't do on-site sign-up sessions like last year, you must follow the instructions in the document!
