When status changes are required on one of your listings please instruct staff accordingly.  Expirations and solds take care of themselves but contingent, pending and reactivation statuses and the like will only be handled if staff are told to do so.  Transactional documents sent to the front desk or the pipeline inferring a status change will not signal staff to to execute status changes.  Thanks!
