Forwarding emails or texts from our client to the agent on other side..

It is best to refrain from forwarding texts or emails from our clients to the agent on the other side in responding to a request.  If there is question that needs to be answered please ask the client and respond to the agent on the other side as succinctly as is possible.  Thanks, BGW
