I came across this motivational speaker and viewed a video of his explaining his Five 50-Minute Habits That Get You 30% More Productive (and Energized).  I know nothing of him but after reviewing the video briefly do believe that these habits could be a good thing.  The one thing I disagree with is doing all five of them at once.  I will try one for a week or two and if it makes sense do my best to maintain it and then move on to the second one, try that one for a week or two and well you get the idea.  Here is link to VIDEO if you care to view to see if you are interested.  Thanks, BGW
