International Graduate Applicant Checklist
Application Deadlines: May 1st for Fall attendance and November 1st for Spring attendance
Following the checklist below will assist you in the application process.

Graduate Admission Requirements
  1. Apply Online - it's free!
  2. Completed, signed and notarized (certified) Financial Statement
  3. Official transcripts of undergraduate education with English translation
  4. Third party International and Foreign Credential Evaluation
  5. Official TOEFL or IELTS score report if your native language is other than English*
  6. Two (2) letters of professional reference
  7. Current resume
  8. Statement of purpose
  9. GMAT - if you are applying for M.B.A. or M.S. in Business
    • Minimum score required for admission: 460
  10. GRE - if you are applying for M.S. in Communication and Information Systems or M.S. in Engineering Management
    • Minimum score required for programs in the School of Communications and Information systems: 1050

    • Minimum score required for Engineering Management: Analytical 4.0, Quantitative 550, Verbal 450
* Required TOEFL score for graduate admission is:
  • 550 written
  • 213 computer based
  • 79 Internet-based
Required IELTS score for graduate admission is 6.0; however, programs in the School of Communications and Information Systems require a 6.5.

Note: The Institutional Code for Robert Morris University for TOEFL and SAT is 2769.
