Strategic Location and Convenient Transportation Ruimei Elementary School is located at the headwaters of Touzhongxi in Yangmei District. Our campus enjoys a highly accessible location, situated near Provincial Highway No. 1 and the Yangmei Interchange of National Highway No. 1. The surrounding area is a vibrant hub featuring prominent landmarks such as the Cathay Life Building, McDonald's, KFC, and the Far Eastern a.mart shopping center.
A Developing and Diverse Community In the school's early years, the local community was primarily agricultural. However, due to rapid industrial and commercial development and convenient transportation, the area has seen a surge in new residential projects and a fast-growing population. This growth has led to the administrative rezoning of several neighborhoods.
Our current school district encompasses:
Meixi Village (梅溪里)
Ruixi Village (瑞溪里): Neighborhoods (Lin) 6–13
Yongping Village (永平里): Neighborhoods (Lin) 4–11
Shared School District: Neighborhoods (Lin) 12–17 of Yongping Village are designated as a "Flexible School District" shared between Ruimei and Gaorong Elementary School.
A Vibrant Local Demographic The community is a diverse blend of residents from large housing complexes, local business owners, and traditional farming families. In recent years, an increasing number of new residents from various regions have moved into the area, transforming it into a dynamic, burgeoning modern township.
