Friday 7th July 2017:
You can always tell when we are getting towards the end of a term as the number of different events and activities starts to increase.
We started this week with a fantastic Summer Fayre in the glorious weather. A huge thank you to the PTA for their hard work and to everyone who came along to support. I must say it was really nice to see so many of you coming through the gates. It was also really great to welcome so many of our new children and their families.
Throughout this week we've had all of our story afternoons for our new children, I can't believe how sensible and grown-up they all were. We still have a few spaces in Foundation Stage for September, so if you know of anyone looking for a place then please point them in our direction.
Then before you know it here we are at the end of the week with Transition Day. We watched our Year 2 children heading off smartly to the juniors this morning, looking very excited.
I have been to see all of our children in their new classes, who I must say are having a fantastic time with their new teachers, I'm sure they will all be eager to share their news with you once they get home.
