Robot Pets

Ever wanted to make your own robotic pet that interacts with you?

This will be our spring project....

We plan to have a few robot pets on show during our February Show and Tell evening...

These should include:

The Robo-Penguin!

Imagine a photo-phobic flightless bird that waddles towards the darkness and avoids obstacles in its path.

The Robo-Penguin uses a modified Arduino system that integrates with Multiplo, an open source construction system which has recently been developed.

Cyber-Snake

An Arduino-based snake that reacts to light and noise.

This is a static Robot Pet assembled from metal construction-set pieces and overlaid with green card.

Robo-Bug 1.0

An Arduino-based bug who reacts to light and vibration.

Seymour the Wonder Turtle!

A simple turtle who moves and hopefully avoids falling off a table!

The Eye!

It's weird, it's alien it's a giant eye that reacts to outside stimuli.
