General Information

BRAVE programming at BPES/Journey is offered four days per week, Monday-Thursday.  Students join up with BRAVE staff immediately after school is dismissed.  They are supervised the entire time that they are transitioning  from their classroom to the BRAVE programming area.

Once they are under the care of BRAVE staff they are given a healthy snack and head out to recess to burn off some energy.  Next its time for homework help or skill building!  Students work in small groups to complete homework or practice skills that they are learning in their grade levels.

Following homework and practice time students enjoy a variety of enrichment classes. Each session offers a variety of classes to choose from.  Some students attend BRAVE four days per week while others come only one day per week.  Students are welcome to attend as often as they are able!

Parents who are interested in registering their student for BRAVE should simply complete the registration form when it arrives home with their child.  Families are encouraged to return their form and fees quickly to school as classes do fill quickly.  Classes are filled on a "first-come, first-serve basis"!
