Welcome to BFMS Wellness.
Our goal is to teach students to develop a Wellness lifestyle. We believe a Wellness lifestyle is a combination of the Spirit (attitude), Mind and Body. During Wellness each student will experience a wide variety of activities and classes to accomplish this goal. A main focus of our Department is to have all of our students actively engaged while they learn. Therefore we strive to have maximum participation within each class. The current research shows that quality Physical Education has a powerful and positive effect on children's development.
