Mrs. Chambers and

Mrs. Koeppen

Mrs. Chambers is beginning her 23rd year at Richmond School.  She completed her B.A. at Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in Elementary Education.  She completed her Master’s of Education at Carroll University in Curriculum and Instruction.  She did additional licensing in the area of Director of Instruction and the Principalship at the University of Wisconsin.  She lives with her husband, Matt, on their 52 acre farm with the family dogs, numerous chickens, and the three geese.  They have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, boating, spending time with family and friends, and the lake cabin in Northern Wisconsin.

Mrs. Koeppen is beginning her 19th year at Richmond.  She has been in Kindergarten for the past 10 years.  She received her B.A. in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from Carroll University.  She later completed her Master’s of Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction from Carroll.  She also completed her Principal and Director of Instruction program at Concordia University.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim, her two boys, Alex and Aaron and their black lab, Stella.  Alex is in 7th grade at North Shore Middle School in the Hartland Lakeside School District and Aaron is entering the 10th grade this year at Arrowhead High School.  The boys enjoy playing soccer and baseball and Mrs. Koeppen enjoys cheering them on!  The family enjoys vacationing in Door County each summer.

Mrs. Koeppen and Mrs. Chambers are very excited to be working together again. Mrs Koeppen started her career in 5th grade with Mrs. Chambers. We are looking forward to a year filled with excitement, fun, learning, and exploration. Thank you for sharing your wonderful children with us this year!
