Do this by clicking the "+ Google" icon in the lower right corner. Once you add the calendar, it is incorporated into your own Google calendar, so you will automatically see my assignments without having to revisit my site.)
Parent Portal (< linked here) is a convenient way to keep up with your student's progress in the class. (PLEASE bear in mind that I do not update every student's grades every day. I will make updates on a weekly basis.) As of January 2015, the English Department has a Grade Recovery Policy for Tests.
