Please fill out the form below to request a generic mailbox. It will be accessible online through your web based Smoogle account, and only Smoogle account holders will be permitted to have access to it (if requested).
Faculty and Staff may request a generic mailbox at any time with cause. Students must have approval from the Masters Program Office and the approving staff member must place the request.
Please allow up to two business days for the group to be created. If you have not received your new mailbox information by then please pro-actively contact the Office of Smith IT Helpdesk for assistance.

Note: You must be logged in with your Smith School account to be able to see and fill out the form. If you are also signed into a personal Gmail account then the form may not display.
