The River Falls High School library contains 22,000 volumes, 14 print periodical titles and access to many online databases, ebooks and newspapers. Students may access in-school library materials and use computers/tablets for research during school hours between  7:15 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The library is staffed with a part-time Library Media Specialist and two part-time paraprofessionals.

Students can use the links on the right to search for books in our library, check out when books are due or access research tools. Links to the River Falls Public Library and UW-RF library are listed. RFHS students are also permitted to use materials from the UW-RF library after completing the application
During the school day, classes use the library to learn about and use reference books, circulating books, periodicals, encyclopedias and electronic resources. Books and materials can be checked out for two weeks at a time.

The River Falls High School Library Media Center use an empowering interactive library software system- Follett Destiny. Destiny Discover & Quest allows students to check and manage resources that they are using or wish to use. Students and staff are able to search holdings of the High School, R.F. Public Library, subscription databases and the other libraries within our district all at once.

Materials are  shared between the buildings within our district. The partnership with the Public Library and the University of Wisconsin Davee Library only allows students to see the items; Students may reserve items at school with their public library card, but will need to pick-up materials at the Public Library.
