Writing supplementary report Building (IEC) of the first inspection unit, which collects the information of the building written and graphic in order to detect, identify and qualify the damages (fissures, cracks, humidities. ..) in building materials, structural and those other symptoms that may indicate damage to the structure, such as the facade, roofs, partitions, joinery and finishes. Includes travel and visit of the technical inspection of the structure of additional properties, sufficiently detailed to obtain necessary parameters for evaluating structural drafting a plan coves of the study results and the estimating the damage index and Corrosion Risk (CI) and the Structural index (EI) and the writing of the supplementary report, based on the Guidelines for the Inspection and Evaluation complementary structures of buildings hormigón existing document recognized DRB Decree 132/2006 05/09 Council.

The intensity of inspection is subject to minimum considered the ease and access permission from the owners. It is considered independent inspection unit each of the following: every home regardless of the surface; premises for commercial use, warehouse, garage or any other use other than housing on the same level and up to 125 m² of floor area or fraction. Adopted the criteria established by the Guidelines and Preliminary Inspection of concrete structures in existing buildings DRB 6/4 of the Valencian Institute of Building.
