Drafting building rehabilitation project (50 IU)

Writing implementation plan for a building with 50 units or local inspection, consisting of drafting and assessment of the supplementary report from the building, study and assessment of the coves executed (if any) and the approach work aimed at repairing the pathologies detected in structure, roofing, façades and facilities. Includes shift a maximum distance of 20 km, the expert visit for inspection of the property, the report document specification, budget and plans (with an intensity of inspection least 30 IU).

It is considered integral rehabilitation works aimed at activities designed to achieve structural and functional adequacy of the building.
