Students in first, second, and third grades were introduced to the work of making movies with digital tools in January and February 2011.
Ubuntu computers in room 114, the students first created series of pictures using a program called MeMaker. As they created their character, they saved each picture, being sure to save it in the right place using the right name!
Once they had all of the pictures saved, they used OpenShot Video Editor to import their images, then add each to the story board. Students also added a title and a fade transition to each image.
