Overview: The board and interim superintendent of the Ravenswood City School District are conducting a strategic planning process to determine the future for the district and establish a plan to realize it.

The board and superintendent will be supported by the RCSD Strategic Plan Committee (SPC), which will include a representative group of approximately 30 teachers, district and school leaders, parents/guardians, community partners and board members. Throughout the planning process, we will seek and respond to input and feedback from a broader range of constituents, including all middle school students,  teachers, district and school leaders, parents/guardians and board members. To support our planning process, RCSD has engaged an external partner, Attuned Education Partners. Attuned will help synthesize the input of our constituents, facilitate SPC dialogues, support us in preparing for broader community feedback sessions, and document our strategic priorities, initiatives and milestones into a coherent plan.

We would like your input on the draft strategic priorities and initiatives:
Thank you to those of you who responded to our previous surveys on the mission and values. We now want your input on a set of draft strategic priorities and initiatives. Your anonymous feedback will help us make these drafts better. Strategic Priorities are multi-year focus areas that respond to current strengths and opportunities and that--if implemented with excellence--we believe will radically accelerate progress for kids. Initiatives are single- or multi-year workstreams aligned to a strategic priority.

We now want your input on this set of working drafts. Your anonymous feedback will help us make these drafts better. Please complete this short survey to provide your feedback. The survey will remain open until 11/12.
