If not, please ask your cell phone carrier to change the address to your current ElbertCounty address.
Our Elbert County emergency medical/law enforcement First Responders rely on the 911surcharge on cell phones to keep Elbert County emergency communications funded andworking. But, if you don’t change your cell phone billing address, that surcharge money goes tosome other County. So, please help your local First Responders by updating and changing yourcell phone billing address.
