Research Interests
• Theory and Algorithm Development Pattern analysis of complex data sets, geometric data analysis, optimization, computational mathematics, modeling and simulation.
• Applications Pattern recognition in video sequences, hyper-spectral imagery, still photography.  Failure prediction and fault detection, human computer interface, low-dimensional modeling of physical systems. Early warning of infectious disease.
