SATURDAY NIGHT PLAN - AFTER THE LAST SHOW
After the last show, we will need all cast members and as many family members as possible to help clean up.  Here’s what needs to be done:
COSTUMES: If you purchased costumes pieces for yourself, you should pack them up and take them home.  All other Costume items, character shoes and all racks need to be taken downstairs to the storage room. NOTE:  Please remove all brooches and return them to Laura.
PROPS: All props must be moved to the downstairs storage room.
DRESSING ROOMS: Collect and remove all garbage, straighten furniture and wipe all surfaces.
THEATER:  Fold all chairs and put in the racks.  Collect and remove all garbage, and sweep up any debris. Help Mrs. Zak and Pit to break down; take keyboard, etc. back to Mrs. Zak’s room. This must be done quickly, so Lights and Sound can start to collect and remove their equipment.
STAGE: Take Cyclorama down and fold it.  Move all set pieces to one spot on the permanent stage so they are organized for removal.  Take black plastic tablecloths off of the tables and throw them away.  Collect and remove all garbage from the permanent stage, and sweep up any debris.
HALLWAY DECORATIONS - Will all need to be removed.
WELL WISHES, 50/50, BOX OFFICE and Q-CAFE: Teams will pack up and close down their stations.  Assistance will be needed to collect tables, bring them into the theatre, and fold/stack them.
STAGE: The Prom Committee has requested that the temporary stage remain in place (as is) for their use.  They will be responsible for taking the stage down and storing it after the Grand March.
