Tech Talent Pipeline Residency at Queens College, Summer 2017, Cohort 4

The TTP Residency provides exposure to professional opportunities in tech for computer science majors at Queens College. The program begins with a four-week training on full-stack development and workplace skills delivered on campus by the New York Code + Design Academy. On completion of the training, participants take on a paid internship in web and mobile developer roles at a leading NYC business. Participants are also connected to job opportunities during the program and post-graduation.

NYC Tech Talent Pipeline is a $10 million public-private partnership, launched by Mayor Bill de Blasio in May 2014 to support the growth of the NYC tech sector and prepare New Yorkers across the five boroughs for 21st century jobs. The Tech Talent Pipeline works with public and private partners to define employer needs, develop and test training and education solutions, and scale what works throughout the City, delivering quality talent for the City’s businesses and quality jobs for New Yorkers.
