Elections

The club election form is typically due in the Spring semester (March-May) to submit the election meeting minutes and newly elected e-board members' information.

These following procedures outline how to efficiently run a club election.

Update Club Election Form
The update club election form is to be filled out when an e-board member resigns from their position during their elected school year and a new e-board member is elected.  The election meeting minutes and newly elected e-board member's information will be updated using this form.
