The quality and productivity of each individual's life can be enhanced through participation in a comprehensive, sequential physical education system that promotes physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

P.E. Outcomes


Core units are designed to meet California

state physical education standards. Units

may include swimming and water safety.

Team Sports: Flag football, basketball,

soccer, softball, volleyball,

Individual Sports: Dance, Tennis, weight

training, step aerobics and badminton.


Students Will….


Demonstrate knowledge of the rules and strategies of team

and individual sports/activities.


Develop the skill levels needed to participate

in a variety of physical activities.


Identify the benefits of lifelong fitness and

good health.


Participate and compete in a positive,

respectful manner.
