Documents


The DOCUMENTS tab contains documents such as the Emergency Card, Special Progress Reports (BSI, ESL, GRO, RDSP), Physical Exam Status Notification, Acceptable Use Agreement, iPad Agreement, Media Permission Form, etc.  

Some documents are for viewing only, other documents may need a Parent Access account to acknowledge (i.e. sign) that you have read the document (a green Acknowledgement button is visible).  Once read, the document will be marked "Signed on . . . by . . . ".

VIEW AND PRINT A DOCUMENT

  1. Click on the PDF icon (found to the left of the document name) to open the document in your current browser window.  
  2. Use your browser's print option (i.e. FILE > PRINT) to print the document.
  3. Click your browser's back button to return to Parent Access.

ACKNOWLEDGE READING DOCUMENT (i.e. SIGN THE DOCUMENT

The district requires that some documents are "signed" by a parent including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Agreement, Media Permission Form, iPad Agreement, etc.  Acknowledging that you have read a document is equivalent to signing a paper copy of that document, it is a legal acknowledgement that you have read the document. 


To view, read, and acknowledge the reading of a document:
  1. Click on the PDF icon (found to the left of the document name) to open the document in your current browser window.  
  2. Once you have read the document, Click your browser's back button to return to Parent Access.
  3. When the "Acknowledge that you have read this document" button is visible, clicking the button will begin the acknowledgement process .
    • In the pop-up window, type YES (must be all capital letters) to confirm you have read the document.
    • Click OK
