Meet our new 3rd Grade teacher!
Chrissy Nichols is a dual French-American citizen with 15 years of teaching experience. Her teaching experience in France includes work at L'Ecole Alsacienne in Paris, the Lycee Militaire d'Aix-en-Provence in Aix, and a year at the International Bilingual School of Provence in Aix-en-Provence. She has also taught at the American School in London, the Waterford School in Utah, and Saint Ursula Academy in Ohio.
Previous supervisors and colleagues describe her as "a caring and compassionate person who exudes a contagious passion for everything she sets out to teach...one who encourages students to find their strength and who is able to inspire students to believe in their abilities."
Chrissy's out-going personality, her love of teaching and her dedication to students clearly came across in her Skype interview and in person. We are thrilled to have her join our Trailside staff.
Parents will have the opportunity to meet her at our school-wide picnic.
