Dr. Prem kumar T has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Mechanical at Thiagarajar college of Engineering ,Madurai as one of the First rank holders along with first class distinction at April 2011. He has completed his Master of Technology in Energy Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli as second rank holder along with first class distinction at April 2014. He has completed his PhD in Anna university, Chennai in the area of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells on 11.12.2023. He has industrial experience as energy auditor in Confederation of Indian Industry- Sohrabji Godrej Green Business centre, Hyderabad for two years. He has industrial experience as Graduate Engineer Trainee in Rane TRW Steering systems limited, Chennai for one year. He is Presently working as Assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical engineering at PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research, Coimbatore since April 2016. He has published more than 12 journal articles and conference papers. He has 1 utility patent and 1 design patent under his invention belt. He is a Top ranked Certified Energy Auditor (EA 34640/21) by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, India. He is a recognised supervisor (Code 4320013) in Anna University Chennai with the research areas fuel cells, solar thermal, renewable and thermal field.
