Parents,

I am truly enjoying working with all of the English Language Learners this year.

Some of the students learned to use a green screen to do a weather report. These will be uploaded to my website:

 https://sites.google.com/a/psdschools.org/zach-english-language-with-mrs-actor/

As an addition, I have started using two computer programs to help the children review their grammar and reading skills. All of my students have been enrolled in Moby Max and some have started Raz-kids. Both of these programs can be done on a computer, tablet, or even a smart phone. They both try to make learning fun. The children will receive prizes from me every time they complete 60 minutes of Moby Max in a week or get 500 stars on Raz-Kids.

Raz-kids: https://www.kidsa-z.com/main/Login

The login is the same as AR tests for most

1.     Listen to a book 2 times

2.     Read the book to the computer 2 times

3.     Answer the questions if available

Moby Max: https://www.mobymax.com/signin

The Login and password are their first name example: john         john

1.     Click on the books at the top of the page

2.     Click on language

Your child can also use this program to review other skills, but I will be giving prizes for Language
