Rainbow Le Tech was invited to compete last minute as a wildcard submission in the Northern California First Lego League Trash Treck Silicon Valley Championship at Sabrato High School in Morgan Hill, CA on February 13, 2016. The team had only one week to prepare, make more biodegradable gum, create a new robot, and program new missions for it. As a result, the girls persevered and took first place in the Innovative Solution Award, as well as winning the Global Innovation Award.  |
